Postsales Engineer (Cybersecurity Products)

The Opportunity:

• Permanent role
• Work location: West
• Work hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm

Adecco is partnering with recognised organisation and and they are looking for Postsales Engineer (Tenable/Tanium/Trellix/SIEM) to join the Team! A great opportunity to work with the company who value diversity, lifelong learning and individual development.

Responsibilities:

• Manage post-sales responsibilities for Cybersecurity or Network Performance Monitoring products.
• Contribute to large project implementations at local and regional levels.
• Perform on-site implementation such as testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Offer technical support to ensure customer satisfaction through troubleshooting and research.
• Routine standby for support 24x7 maintenance support calls and communicate issues effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree/Diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
• Familiar with compliance standards (PCI-DSS, GDPR)
• Knowledge in networking such as routing and switching technology
• Hands-on experience in implementing and operating
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing key management solutions for enterprises
