Our client is the market leader in semiconductor test systems and equipment.
As an Accounting Specialist (Fixed Assets), you will be responsible for managing fixed asset accounting activities within a Shared Services environment. This includes daily transaction processing, month-end closing, account reconciliations, statutory and corporate reporting, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and IFRS requirements.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to continuously improve operational efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
【Responsibilities】
- Process fixed asset transactions accurately and promptly using the ERP system to maintain up-to-date records.
- Execute month-end closing activities for the Fixed Assets subledger in compliance with IFRS and internal control standards.
- Prepare and reconcile fixed asset accounts to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and organize supporting documentation to comply with company policies and ensure timely record retention.
- Coordinate and support the annual physical fixed asset verification, consolidating and reporting results effectively.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors by providing required documentation and responding to audit queries related to fixed asset accounting.
- Support statutory and corporate fixed asset reporting requirements to meet regulatory and corporate standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency within fixed asset accounting.
- Participate in ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned to support business objectives.

【Requirements & Preferences】
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of fixed asset accounting experience using ERP systems (ideally Oracle) in an MNC or global environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills demonstrated through accurate financial data handling.
- Proactive mindset with a track record of initiating and driving process improvements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic Macros.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a Shared Services team.
- Comfortable functioning as an individual contributor in a dynamic environment.
