Patent Paralegal

We are a well-established and highly regarded boutique intellectual property law practice (www.francinetan.com) seeking a Patent Paralegal to join our team.

The successful candidate should have at least 3–5 years’ experience in patent prosecution and be meticulous, organised and able to work independently. A good command of English and good written communication skills is essential.

The candidate should be familiar with all aspects of patent prosecution work, including the filing and prosecution of patent applications, correspondence with the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS), management of deadlines and formalities, and other related matters. Familiarity with trade mark prosecution practice would be an advantage.
