Key Highlights:

• Office Hours: Monday-Friday
• Nearest MRT: Caldecott Station
• Be a part of a team supporting data reporting, management reports, process documentation, and day-to-day operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consolidate information and prepare regular management and progress reports.
• Support data extraction, processing and reporting for ongoing programmes and operational requirements.
• Organise and structure large sets of information to support reporting and internal tracking.
• Develop and maintain clear documentation and guides for data retrieval and reporting processes.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support for programme implementation and team activities.
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting, data and operational tasks as required.

Key Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
• Candidates with prior public sector, administrative or office-based experience will have an advantage.
• Experience or knowledge of Python.
• Comfortable handling data, reports and large amounts of information.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet timelines.
• Detail-oriented and organised in handling documentation and data.
