What You'll Do
- Support the design, deployment, configuration, and implementation of network and systems solutions
- Provide on-site and remote technical support and troubleshooting for customer environments
- Assist with tender submissions — technical documentation, solution proposals, and PoC setup/testing
- Support product/technology evaluation and testing
- Prepare technical documentation, configuration guides, and test reports
What You'll Need
- Only SG-born citizens can apply (for CAT 1 government projects clearance purpose)
- Min Diploma in related discipline
- Min 2 years' hands-on experience in network/systems support or engineering
- Basic understanding of networking concepts — switching, routing, TCP/IP
- Exposure to Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP
- CCNA is a plus
