Project Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily progress of site activities and prepare detailed daily status reports for each assignment
• Organize and plan work schedules and tasks for assigned crew to optimize productivity and meet project timelines
• Interpret and apply knowledge of equipment drawings, piping isometrics, and structural drawings to support project execution
• Execute quality control (QC) and health, safety, and environment (HSE) compliance according to site procedures and HSE plans
• Coordinate and organize materials, services, and equipment required for job completion to ensure smooth operations
• Plan project activities in alignment with client requirements to deliver expected outcomes
• Utilize MS software, including project management tools, to track and manage project progress and documentation
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and coordination

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within related industries
• Strong technical competency in engineering practices and site management
• Good organizational and communication skills
