Construction Supervisor / Project Manager (Roofing / Facade) - up to 5.5k

• Salary: $4,500 – $5,500 per month

• Transport Allowance: $500 per month (not compuslory) + Petrol Reimbursement

• AWS + Performance Bonus

• Office: Ubi Singapore + Site Visit

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm; Saturday, 8:00am – 12:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day construction activities and provide timely project updates to management.

• Lead and coordinate project teams, site supervisors, workers, materials and equipment.

• Plan and allocate manpower, materials and resources to ensure projects progress smoothly and on schedule.

• Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed according to required quality standards.

• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor manpower costs, project expenses and overall project costs.

• Attend and chair meetings with clients, architects, engineers, contractors and project teams.

• Identify potential project risks and implement appropriate measures to minimise delays and operational issues.

• Oversee inspection activities, including quality and workplace safety and health checks.

• Prepare regular project progress reports for management.

• Ensure changes to specifications, scope of works and drawings are properly documented.

• Maintain proper site documentation, records and filing in accordance with ISO requirements.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by management.
  

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in construction or project management.

• Experience in Construction, Building Materials, Metal Fabrication, Roofing or Facade industries is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of construction project processes, procedures, building regulations and workplace safety requirements.

• Proficient in reading and understanding 2D/3D CAD and Revit BIM drawings.
