Responsibilities

• Handle quantity take-off, measurement, and cost estimation.
• Prepare tender documents, quotations, and cost comparison.
• Source and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and evaluate progress claims and payment certificates.
• Manage and evaluate Variation Orders (VO).
• Monitor project costs and ensure budget control.
• Review BQ, drawings, and contract documents.
• Assist with contract administration and final accounts.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Perform other QS duties as assigned.
