Quantity Surveyor / Senior QS (Civil / M&E) – 5 Days

Responsibilities:

• Handle both pre-contract and post-contract administration for assigned projects

• Review specifications, prepare quantity take-offs, and support costing/tendering works

• Liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on project matters

• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and support project team on commercial matters

• Assist in resolving contractual and cost-related issues with stakeholders

• Coordinate procurement of materials and subcontractors within budget

• Prepare and manage progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts

• Monitor project costs and ensure proper documentation is maintained

• Attend site meetings and support overall project coordination

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of relevant QS experience in M&E / construction projects

• Experience in both pre-contract and post-contract work

• Familiarity with ACMV or M&E projects is preferred

• Experience in LTA projects will be an advantage
