Site Supervision: Direct daily mechanical and electrical activities, including plumbing, air-conditioning, and electrical systems installation.
Drawing Review: Read and interpret M&E engineering drawings and blueprints, coordinating design adjustments with contractors and consultants.
Team & Resource Management: Assign daily tasks, manage equipment allocation, and schedule workers or leadmen.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines and ensure building regulations are met.
Progress & Quality Control: Track work schedules, inspect workmanship quality, and coordinate testing and commissioning
