About the Job

• Ensure prompt and precise input of information related to all corporate actions and income distributions.

• Communicate directly with asset custodians to resolve discrepancies or clarify details regarding corporate events.

• Respond to inquiries from Relationship Managers, Management Associates, and custodians concerning income and event processing.

• Execute accounting entries for collected commission fees or adjust the fee exemption records when waivers apply.

• Draft shareholder disclosure letters in response to corporate requests.

• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system developments.

• Contribute to special assignments and ad-hoc department initiatives.

Skills and Requirements

• Sound understanding of income processing and corporate event workflows.

• Clear communication skills for effective coordination with external custodians and internal teams.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing high-volume financial data.

• Ability to handle transactional queries and support system testing activities.
