Job Description

As a legal secretary, you will report to the Corporate Real Estate department and support a team of lawyers while ensuring that their days run smoothly. You will be managing all of their calendars, scheduling their meetings, booking their flights, expenses, documentations and any other administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level
• Minimum 2 years of conveyancing experience
• Conversant with Microsoft Office Applications
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
• A team player with good interpersonal skills
