Job Description
- Train in desktop and network efficiency.
- Train in Cyber Security and Disaster Recovery.
- Hand-on in helpdesk support in managing clients.
- Perform remote client network and server checks.
- Monitor and manage IT helpdesk tickets.
- Manage and update IT documentation.
Requirements
- Only Singaporean and Permanent Residents.
- Relevancy in obtaining IT Industry certification.
- Basic communication skills for helpdesk support.
- Basic experience, and keen interest in IT support.
- Fresh Poly/ITE students, undergraduates are welcome.
- Technical support and hands-on training provided.
- Keenness in technical learning and advancement.
