Facilities Maintenance Supervisor (West / 3PL) [EL]

• Maintain and troubleshoot cranes, machinery, and warehouse facilities to ensure reliable operations.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and attend to corrective and breakdown maintenance.
• Respond promptly to equipment faults, calls, and maintenance requests.
• Coordinate with contractors and in-house technicians to diagnose and resolve breakdowns.
• Guide and train new technicians on SOPs, safety requirements, and maintenance procedures.
• Plan manpower and resources to support maintenance activities across assigned facilities.
• Provide technical support and emergency standby when required.
• Ensure warehouse facilities, equipment, and work areas are properly maintained and kept in good condition.
• Support other maintenance-related duties and projects as assigned.
• Overseas travel may be required for work assignments.
