Process Technician (West / 5 days) [EL]

Job Scope:

• Support batch-making operations according to production schedules, SOPs, and Batch Production Records.
• Perform daily calibration of weighing equipment and maintain accurate records.
• Set up, operate, clean, and sanitize equipment according to GMP and safety requirements.
• Receive and verify raw materials against batch records, including material codes, expiry dates, and quantities.
• Handle raw materials safely in accordance with GHS and site safety requirements.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and first-level troubleshooting.
• Collect and prepare finished product samples for testing, including pH and rheology measurements.
• Maintain batch-making records, housekeeping standards, and proper waste disposal.
• Comply with PPE, GMP, and all workplace safety requirements.
