Accounts Receivable Executive (East / Logistics) [EL]

Accounts Receivable & Collections

• Monitor customer accounts and proactively follow up on outstanding and overdue balances.
• Manage collection activities and ensure timely settlement of receivables.
• Address customer enquiries and resolve invoice, payment, and billing disputes.
• Coordinate with customers and relevant internal departments to resolve discrepancies and collection issues.
• Record and allocate incoming payments accurately and promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer master data and account records.
• Escalate and follow up on long-outstanding or high-risk accounts where required.

Reporting & Reconciliation

• Prepare monthly Statements of Account and AR Aging Reports.
• Provide weekly updates on collection status, overdue accounts, and outstanding balances.
• Perform regular and month-end AR reconciliations.
• Investigate variances and ensure discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner.
• Support the month-end closing process and ensure AR records are complete and accurate.

Audit & Compliance

• Ensure proper maintenance of AR documentation and supporting records.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests relating to accounts receivable.
• Provide supporting schedules, documentation, and explanations as required.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance AR efficiency and accuracy.
