Preschool Cleaner (Serangoon North)

Job Description

As a Cleaner, youwill:-

1. Keep the school clean at alltimes

a) Office and centre common areas:

• Clean, sweep andmop
• Clean cubbies and storagearea

b) Classroom and toilets:

• Wash shower and toiletarea
• Sweep and mopclassrooms

c) Other regular tasks:

• Wash the main door entranceand floor mats
• Dispose rubbish in the Centre
• Clean windows, glass doors,fans
• Clean shoe racks and electricfurniture

2. Help in the kitchen includingdaily activities such as

• Bringing food to theclassrooms for all meals
• Wash children’s utensilsafter snacks

3. Other cleaning duties for thecentre as assigned

JobRequirement

• Prior experience incleaning or housekeeping, preferably in a preschool, childcare or similarenvironment.
• Good understanding ofcleanliness, hygiene and safe cleaning practices.
• Able to carry outroutine cleaning tasks independently and thoroughly.
• Physically fit andcomfortable with cleaning, lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Responsible, reliableand willing to support kitchen and other general centre duties when required.
