Analyst - KYC /CDD(Private Banking) - 12 Months Contract - up to 6k

Morgan McKinley is hiring Analyst - KYC /CDD(Private Banking) to join our Relationship Management team to support HNW/UHNW clients, partnering closely with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders to deliver CDD for HNW/UHNW clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing reviews.
• Draft and finalize comprehensive CDD reports covering client profiles, ownership structures, source of wealth, account activity, and risk assessments in line with AML/regulatory standards.
• Collect, validate, and perform quality checks on KYC documentation, promptly addressing gaps or exceptions to maintain accurate client records.
• Oversee case pipelines and timelines, monitor progress, and coordinate with stakeholders to meet service levels and regulatory deadlines.
• Ensure all KYC/CDD activities are conducted in strict adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline, with equivalent professional experience considered.
• At least 3 years’ relevant work experience in banking or financial services, with exposure to client due diligence and KYC processes.
• Demonstrates proven strengths in customer service, communication, sales, mathematics, analytics, organization, and planning.
• Possesses a solid understanding of private banking products and services, supporting effective client engagement.
• Experienced in producing CDD/KYC narratives for onboarding and periodic reviews within banks or financial institutions.
• Excellent communication skill with basic proficiency in MS applications; a collaborative team player driven to achieve results
