Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, tender documents, and support pre- and post-tender activities.
• Conduct tender evaluation, negotiation, subcontract procurement, and award recommendations.
• Carry out site measurements, valuations, and review subcontractor payment applications.
• Manage project costs, cash flow, variations/change orders, and forecast final accounts.
• Review contract documents, drawings, specifications, and scope of works.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers on commercial matters.
• Maintain cost reports, retention, bonds, insurance, and other contract documentation.
• Support final account preparation and project closeout.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction, Architecture, Real Estate, or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in interior design/building construction.
• Good understanding of contracts, tender documentation, and cost management.
• Able to read construction drawings and has basic AutoCAD knowledge.
• Able to work independently under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
