Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site activities and project meetings with internal teams, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, deliverables, scope, and progress, coordinating team members and addressing potential issues to keep projects on track.
• Identify technical and operational challenges, work with relevant specialists and stakeholders to develop solutions, and provide basic troubleshooting support for newly installed equipment.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including risk assessments, safe work procedures, as-built drawings, punch lists, equipment documentation, meeting minutes, and project correspondence.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and carry out other project-related duties as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in site or project coordination within the construction or engineering industry.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, site personnel, and other stakeholders; proficiency in Mandarin is required where necessary to communicate with Mandarin-speaking site personnel.
• Class 3 or 3A driving licence with the ability to travel between project sites as required.
