Supply Chain Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Assistant to support our daily logistics, procurement, and inventory operations. This is an entry level position.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, track, and maintain purchase orders in the system, ensuring accurate pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules.

• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, liaise with freight forwarders and carriers, and proactively communicate delays or discrepancies to relevant teams.

• Assist with routine stock audits, update inventory logs, and help reconcile physical counts against system records.

• Act as an administrative liaison with external suppliers to request quotes, confirm order statuses, and gather necessary shipping documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).

• Compile weekly and monthly operational reports covering order fulfilment rates, lead times, and inventory levels using Excel.

• Coordinate with sales, customer service, and warehouse staff to resolve delivery issues, returns, or order adjustments.

Recruitment Requirements

• At least Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Minimum 0–2 years of general office, internship, or entry-level administrative experience in supply chain, retail operations, or warehouse environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic formulas)

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Solid written and verbal communication skills for vendor interactions.

• Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Good organisational and time-management abilities.
