Sales/Service Manager

We are seeking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales/Service Manager to spearhead our client acquisition and service excellence initiatives.

Job responsibilities:

• Define and execute the company's sales strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Lead B2B sales efforts, including project-based and solution-based selling.
• Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and customer feedback to refine the sales approach.
• Set clear sales targets, and KPIs.
• Identify and purse new business opportunities in the hospitality, F&B, retail, and commercial sectors.
• Maintain relationships with key accounts, project consultants, and procurement decision-makers.
• Build, lead, and mentor sales and service team.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and training sessions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, F&B, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of proven experience in a dual sales and service management role, preferably within commercial equipment, industrial B2B sales, or technical services.
• Strong track record of leading, training, and motivating cross-functional teams (sales reps and technical service personnel).
• Have a great understanding of sales pipeline management, technical service workflows, and contract negotiation.
• Excellent clear communication with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Ability to resolve client issues diplomatically under pressure.
• High initiative with analytical mindset, and a proactive approach toward meeting revenue goals, and service excellence.
