HR Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive HR assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our HR department. This is a junior position with the possibility to groom into leadership.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist all HR-related matters, including recruitment, scheduling and employee relations
• Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to off boarding
• Manage and track attendance logs, verify timesheets for payroll handoff, benefit administration, and compliance with labour regulations
• Assist with internal company events or wellness initiatives
• Be the first point of contact for employee's inquiries on HR-related matters and assist their inquiries.
• Ensure all employee records are properly maintained and update in the system and employee's personal files
• Provide support on other HR matters and ad-hoc duties as assigned

What we're looking for

• Certificate/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fresh graduates or candidate with 1-2 years of relevant administrative or entry-level HR experience are welcome to apply
• Proficiency in office software (MS Office, Infotech, etc)
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and labour laws
• High degree of integrity and discretion when handling confidential employee data in compliance with PDPA
• Familiarity with MOM work pass transaction
• Awareness of TAFEP
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with all levels
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
