Shipping Executive | Up to $4.2k | 1 year contract

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor customer orders and shipments from order receipt through final delivery
• Coordinate transportation and shipment activities with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor shipment milestones and provide timely updates to customers
• Identify and follow up on shipment delays, discrepancies and operational issues
• Investigate shipment exceptions and coordinate corrective actions and recovery plans
• Act as a key contact point for customers and stakeholders on shipment status and operational matters
• Prepare quotations according to customer requirements and company guidelines
• Maintain accurate shipment records, reports and system updates
• Monitor service levels and ensure customer KPIs are achieved
• Support process improvement, digitalization and operational efficiency initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation operations, customer operations

• Changi South
• Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
• 1 year contract
