Manager - Credit Cards (Rewards) - 6 Months Contract - up to sGD6k

Are you a customer loyalty and rewards specialist looking for a high-impact contract role? We are seeking a dynamic, strategic Manager to step in and lead our Credit Card Usage and Loyalty program for a 6-month maternity cover.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end ecosystem of our credit card rewards—from managing financial provisioning and building seamless digital redemption journeys to fostering strategic partner relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial performance and budgeting of the Rewards program, ensuring adequate provisioning and accurate forecasting for customer earning and redemption cycles.
• Partner with product, tech, and delivery teams to introduce enhanced features, optimizing the digital earning and redemption experience to deliver a best-in-class customer journey.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, handling contract governance, commercial negotiations, invoicing, and service performance.
• Develop and execute compelling marketing communications that keep cardholders engaged and inform internal stakeholders of campaign performance.
• Ensure full compliance with internal risk frameworks, operational governance standards, and regulatory requirements.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in credit card loyalty, rewards management, consumer banking, or fintech rewards platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage program financials, budgets, and commercial terms with external partners.
• Excellent stakeholder management and marketing communication abilities.
