We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fashion and Garment Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the production of high-quality garments from concept to final product.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop original fashion designs and garment concepts based on current market trends and client requirements.

• Create detailed technical drawings, specifications, and garment construction guidelines.

• Select suitable fabrics, materials, colours, trims, and other components for each design.

• Conduct garment fittings and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper fit, structure, and overall quality.

• Work closely with tailors, pattern makers, and production teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

• Oversee the complete design and production process, from initial concept and pattern development to sampling and final production.

• Ensure all garments meet professional tailoring standards and quality control requirements.

• Maintain accurate documentation of design specifications, samples, and production processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in custom-made garments, haute couture, or bespoke tailoring is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of international fashion trends, fabrics, and fabric sourcing.
