Shipping Execution: Prepare outbound shipment docs, pre-booking records, and manage daily filing/archiving.
Carrier & Track/Trace: Dispatch transport carriers for cargo pickup; trace shipments to provide ETA and Proof of Delivery (POD).
Communication: Coordinate with internal teams and external logistics partners to resolve shipping inquiries and route paperwork.
skills and experience required
Minimum GCE 'N' Level
Knowledge of shipping procedure & documentation
Proficient in MS Office / SAP
