This strategic leadership role offers full ownership of structured deal frameworks and commercial strategy, positioning you to drive portfolio profitability and business growth across Asia Pacific.

• Spearhead the strategic design, negotiation, and deployment of complex treaty structures, capital relief mechanisms, and bespoke risk-sharing partnerships.

• Oversee regional pricing frameworks, profitability benchmarks, and technical risk metrics to ensure sustainable return on capital.

• Collaborate with commercial origination teams to target untapped expansion opportunities and strengthen market position.

• Deliver high-impact technical advisory and strategic value propositions during senior-level negotiations with direct insurance C-suites.

• Streamline commercial decision-making channels to accelerate deal execution while maintaining robust risk governance.

About the manager/team
You will operate within a high-performing, agile leadership team offering direct visibility to regional executives and broad exposure across commercial, actuarial, and underwriting disciplines.

Skills and experience required

• Professional actuarial fellowship accreditation through FSA, FIA, FIAA, or a recognized equivalent body.

• Deep technical expertise in Life and Health commercial pricing, experience analysis, capital modeling, and transaction structuring.

• Proven background in reinsurance, direct insurance pricing, or specialized risk advisory across Asia-Pacific markets.

• Strong orientation toward end-to-end deal delivery, commercial agility, and portfolio expansion.

• Superior consultative engagement and executive presentation abilities to influence executive leadership and external stakeholders.
