About this job
- Develop, establish, and implement the Project Quality Plan and associated quality procedures in accordance with project requirements.
- Establish QA/QC requirements compliant with ISO 9001 and applicable project, contractual, statutory, and industry standards.
- Prepare and maintain Quality Risk Matrices and criticality ratings for site systems, equipment, and materials.
- Conduct quality induction and awareness training for IPMT, EPC, subcontractor, construction, and commissioning teams as required.
- Monitor and ensure compliance of vendors and suppliers with project QA/QC requirements.
- Conduct quality audits of engineering activities performed by EPC contractors and subcontractors.
- Conduct and manage QA/QC audits during the EPC phase and across related subcontractors.
- Monitor and coordinate third-party certification and inspection of lifting devices, relief valves, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and other critical equipment.
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary QA/QC teams covering Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation disciplines.
- Oversee the preparation, review, compilation, and completion of project quality dossiers and data books covering engineering, procurement/vendor, construction, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure effective implementation of quality assurance, inspection, testing, documentation, and compliance processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with the IPMT, EPC contractor, vendors, subcontractors, engineering, construction, and commissioning teams to resolve quality issues and maintain project quality objectives.
