Service Crew / Stall Assistant | Chinatown | Gross Salary Up to $3,000 + AWS

We are looking for a reliable and service-oriented Service Crew / Stall Assistant to support the daily operations of a busy F&B stall in Chinatown.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders and provide prompt and courteous service
• Serve food and beverages to customers
• Operate the POS system and handle cashiering duties
• Assist with basic food and beverage preparation
• Maintain stall cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards
• Replenish ingredients, packaging and other operating supplies
• Assist with daily opening and closing duties
• Follow established service standards and operating procedures
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Previous F&B, retail or customer service experience is preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
• Responsible, punctual and committed to reliable attendance
• Good service attitude and teamwork
• Able to perform cashiering and basic food preparation duties
• Candidates without relevant experience may be considered if training is required

Working Arrangements

• 6-day work week
• Working hours: 9:30 AM–9:30 PM
• Includes a total of 2 hours of break time
• One rostered rest day per week

Salary and Benefits

• Basic salary: $2,200 per month
• Estimated gross salary: $2,700–$3,000 per month
• Meal allowance
• Monthly store bonus of approximately $500–$800, subject to KPI achievement
• Annual Wage Supplement (AWS)
• Performance-based variable bonus
• Annual leave starting from 7 days
