Responsibilities

• Achieve personal sales targets by proactively engaging prospects and clients
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries to provide clear immigration guidance
• Secure appointments and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster trust and loyalty
• Prepare, negotiate, and finalize client contracts to ensure mutual agreement and compliance
• Manage client expectations, resolve complaints, and address sales-related issues to maintain satisfaction
• Report progress and updates regularly to the General Manager or Managing Director

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum "O" Level education or equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to serve a diverse client base
• Previous experience in immigration consultancy or related fields is preferred but not required due to provided training
• Demonstrated independence, strong communication skills, and a service-oriented approach
• Able to start work immediately/ with short notice
