Patient Care Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a warm, energetic, and people-oriented Patient Care Associate to join our chiropractic wellness clinic. This role is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare, wellness, and delivering exceptional patient experiences. You will play an important role in supporting both patients and chiropractors in a fast-paced, hands-on clinical environment.

KeyResponsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, creating a friendly and approachable clinic environment
• Assist chiropractors during patient evaluations, including health history intake, spinal palpation, range of motion testing, and postural assessments
• Helppatients feel comfortable and supported before treatments to ensure a smoothand positive experience
• Provide clear and helpful explanations of chiropractic procedures and wellness care, answering basic patient questions where appropriate
• Deliver excellent customer service by handling patient inquiries and supporting daily clinic operations
• Communicatethe clinic’s services and wellness programs effectively to help patients make informed decisions about their care
• Support the team with other ad-hoc duties as required
