Work Schedule: 3 Rotating Shifts – Morning, Afternoon & Night
Sign-On Bonus: 3 months’ basic salary
Basic + Shift Allowance + PB + AWS + Sign-On Bonus

About the Opportunity

An established private acute tertiary hospital in Singapore is seeking experienced Staff Nurses / Senior Staff Nurses to join its Inpatient Suite / Acute Inpatient Ward.

This opportunity is suitable for nurses who are currently working in an acute hospital environment and have hands-on inpatient experience within Medical, Surgical, Orthopaedic or multidisciplinary wards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent and patient-centred nursing care to patients within the inpatient ward.
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and identify patients’ clinical and care needs.
• Develop, implement and evaluate individualised nursing care plans.
• Monitor patients’ conditions, vital signs, pain levels, wounds, fluid balance and other relevant clinical parameters.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Nursing or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Appropriate nursing registration / practising eligibility to work as a Registered Nurse in Singapore.
• Must currently be working in an acute hospital setting.
• Current / recent hands-on acute inpatient nursing experience.
• Relevant experience in one or more of the following:Medical WardSurgical WardOrthopaedic WardMedical-Surgical WardMultidisciplinary Acute Inpatient Ward
• Multidisciplinary ward experience will be advantageous.
• Comfortable providing direct bedside nursing care.
• Good patient assessment and clinical monitoring skills.
• Able to recognise and appropriately escalate patient deterioration.
• Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced acute hospital environment.
• Must be willing to work 3 rotating shifts – Morning, Afternoon and Night, including weekends and Public Holidays according to roster.
