About the Role
Are you someone who enjoys seeing a project come to life from the first sketch to the final handover?
We’re looking for a creative and driven Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects from concept to completion — developing design concepts, creating detailed 2D technical drawings and 3D renderings, presenting ideas to clients, and working closely with contractors and project teams to bring your designs to life.

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the full project lifecycle, from design conceptualization and space planning through to execution and final handover.
- Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, material selections, finishes, furniture layouts and detailed design proposals.
- Produce accurate 2D technical and construction drawings using AutoCAD.
- Create high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations using Autodesk 3DS Max.
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients, understand their requirements and translate them into practical design solutions.
- Act as the key point of contact for clients throughout the project, ensuring expectations, timelines and deliverables are well managed.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits and oversee on-site works to ensure designs are implemented according to approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, resolve design and site issues, and ensure projects are completed on time and to the required standards.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a high level of design quality and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant interior design experience, preferably covering residential and/or commercial projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Autodesk 3DS Max, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop and other relevant design software.
- Strong hands-on capability in 2D technical drawings and 3D rendering.
- Strong understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, furniture, detailing and construction requirements.
- Good understanding of the interior design and project execution process from concept to completion.
- Excellent presentation, communication, client management and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects independently and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, detail-oriented and passionate about delivering high-quality and well-executed design solutions.
