Key Responsibilities

• Answer legal, market, and business development research requests by gathering, summarizing, and presenting actionable insights.

• Track relevant legal updates, industry trends, and business news to deliver tailored updates to practice teams.

• Help manage external subscriptions, books, and online research databases.

• Train lawyers and staff on how to effectively use research tools and information databases.

• Work with regional and global research teams to align services with business strategy and share best practices.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Information Science, Library Management, Law, or a related field, with proven experience delivering research services in a professional environment.

• Proficient in legal databases, market research platforms, and online research tools.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present research clearly.

• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, handle fast turnaround requests, and work proactively.
