What You'll Do

You'll become the strategic owner of brand's social media presence and content.

Your responsibilities include:

• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with business objectives.

• Build content pillars unique to each client's brand, audience and goals.

• Research competitors, industry trends and consumer behaviour.

• Generate creative content ideas, hooks and campaign angles.

• Script short-form content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.

• Attend client meetings to understand their business, products and objectives.

• Present content strategies and other business unit's recommendations confidently.

• Work closely with our Creative, Media Buying and Business Development teams.

• Review content performance and continuously optimise future content using insights and analytics.

• Ensure every piece of content serves a business objective—not simply fills a content calendar.

Content Capture

As part of this role, you'll be expected to attend client shoots and confidently capture organic, social-first content using lightweight devices such as:

• Smartphone

• DJI Osmo Pocket

• Insta360

• Similar compact cameras

This includes producing content such as:

• Behind-the-scenes moments

• Founder interviews

• Lifestyle content

• Event coverage

• Native TikTok & Instagram Reels content

The objective isn't to create cinematic productions. It's to capture authentic, engaging content that feels natural on today's social media platforms.

Bonus: Experience with DSLR, mirrorless cameras or high-end commercial videography is highly advantageous, but not required.

Our Ideal Candidate

You should ideally possess:

• 6 months of experience in Social Media and Content Strategy (Outstanding fresh graduates with exceptional portfolios are welcome to apply.)

• Strong understanding of TikTok, Red Note, Instagram, Facebook.

• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

• Ability to develop content calendars and strategic content pillars.

• Strong understanding of hooks, storytelling and audience retention.

• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple brands simultaneously.

• Comfortable presenting ideas and communicating directly with clients.

• Curious about emerging technology and actively exploring tools that improve productivity.

• Positive attitude, high ownership and willingness to continuously learn.

Bonus Skills

Experience with any of the following would be advantageous: Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Digital Marketing Fundamentals, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEO fundamentals and Paid social advertising knowledge.
