We're looking for a Content Producer / Videographer who wants to become much more than a videographer.

This role is for someone who wants to eventually become a Creative Lead.

Someone capable of owning the entire content process:

Idea → Script → Shoot → Edit → Performance

Content Ideation

• Developing hooks, concepts and creative angles

• Analysing content trends and translating them into opportunities for brands

• Participating in brainstorming and creative planning sessions

Pre-Production

• Writing scripts and storyboards

• Planning shoots

• Organising talent, locations and shotlists

Production

• Operating cameras, lighting and audio equipment

• Directing founders, staff and talents during filming

• Capturing content across multiple formats

Post-Production

• Editing short-form videos

• Creating engaging TikTok, Instagram Reels and Shorts content

• Ensuring every piece of content is designed to retain attention and drive action

Growth

• Understanding why content succeeds or fails

• Learning content strategy, not just content production

• Growing into managing creative direction for brands

We care far more about capability than qualifications.

You may be a:

• Videographer

You'll likely do well if:

• You actively study TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts

• You understand hooks, retention and storytelling

• You can shoot and edit confidently

• You are curious about psychology, marketing and communication

• You are resourceful and proactive

• You enjoy solving problems

• You want to become a leader one day

• Experience in agency environments

• Experience directing talents

• Experience with automotive, F&B or beauty brands

• Motion graphics capability

• AI-assisted content workflows

• Comfortable communicating in Mandarin
