We’re looking for an ambitious Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant to join a high-performing specialist recruitment team covering some of the fastest-growing and most talent-driven industries today.

This is an opportunity to build and own a specialised recruitment desk across Engineering, AI & Data Centre technologies, Semiconductor, Healthcare and Medical Devices — working with innovative companies ranging from high-growth technology businesses to established global MNCs.

What You’ll Be Doing

🚀 Build Your Own Specialist Market

Develop and own a recruitment portfolio within Engineering, AI, Semiconductor, Healthcare or Medical Devices.Become a recognised recruitment specialist within your chosen vertical.Identify emerging hiring trends and turn them into new business opportunities.

🤖 Recruit for the Technologies Shaping the Future

Work on exciting mandates across AI infrastructure, data centres, semiconductor, electronics, automation, advanced manufacturing and engineering.Recruit highly specialised technical talent across engineering, R&D, operations and leadership positions.Gain exposure to niche and high-value talent markets where strong recruiters can genuinely differentiate themselves.

🏥 Build Within Healthcare & Medical Technology

Partner with companies across medical devices, healthcare, life sciences and related technology sectors.Recruit across commercial, engineering, quality, regulatory, operations and specialist functions.Develop long-term relationships within industries that continue to have strong and sustainable talent demand.

💼 Own the Full Recruitment Cycle

Develop new clients while growing existing key accounts.Consult hiring managers on market conditions, talent availability and compensation.Head-hunt and engage high-calibre passive candidates.Manage interviews, negotiations, counteroffers and successful placements from start to finish.

Who We’re Looking For

You could be a strong fit and suitable if you are:

An experienced recruitment consultant with a valid CEI that has strong sales and business-development mindset. Someone who enjoys building markets rather than simply filling jobs. Naturally strong at developing relationships with both clients and candidates. Commercially driven and motivated by performance and progression. Interested in technology, engineering, AI, healthcare or other high-growth industries. Ready to take greater ownership of your career, clients and recruitment market.
