Shipping Coordinator (MNC)

We are seeking a Shipping Coordinator to support trading operations in a global trading MNC. The role covers shipment coordination, trade documentation, inventory reporting and administrative support, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate import, export and offshore shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses and internal teams.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading and certificates of origin.
• Monitor shipments, maintain stock records and master data, and support operational reporting.
• Process internal workflows and assist with SOP updates, process transitions and improvement initiatives.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of trading and logistics activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Trade or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, shipping or a related field. Relevant internship experience may be considered.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in chemical, bulk shipment or international trading environments is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of shipping documentation, Incoterms and international trade processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up abilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
