Nursing Aide / Care Assistant | Eldercare | Up to $3,200/month | 12-Hour Shifts

Join a professional healthcare team supporting elderly clients in an assisted living and nursing care environment. As a Nursing Aide / Care Assistant, you will provide hands-on daily care, support clients’ comfort and well-being, and work closely with Staff Nurses and other healthcare professionals.

⏰ Working Hours

• 44 hours per week
• 12-hour rotating shifts
• Day: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Monthly rotation between day and night shifts
• Weekend and Public Holiday duties according to roster

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and assistance to elderly clients, including personal care, mobility and activities of daily living.
• Ensure clients’ comfort, safety, dignity and well-being.
• Observe clients’ conditions and promptly report changes to the nursing team.
• Assist Staff Nurses and healthcare professionals in delivering quality client care.
• Maintain accurate care documentation and records.
• Handle basic medical equipment according to established procedures.
• Follow infection prevention, hygiene and workplace safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to meet individual client needs.

✅ Requirements

• ISC Healthcare (Home Care), WSQ Healthcare Support (Nursing Care), overseas Nursing Certificate, or equivalent relevant healthcare qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in eldercare, nursing homes, assisted living or healthcare settings is preferred.
• BCLS and First Aid certifications are an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Caring, patient and responsible approach when supporting elderly clients.
• Comfortable working in a 12-hour rotating shift environment, including weekends and Public Holidays.
• Mandarin language skills are an advantage, as the role involves communicating with Mandarin-speaking elderly clients.
