MANUAL WORKER CUM SUPERVISOR

• Ensure employees are properly trained to meet the cleanliness and service standards established by clients.
• Ensure all periodic cleaning tasks are completed according to the assigned work schedule.
• Conduct regular site inspections and joint inspections with clients.
• Address and resolve on-site problems, complaints, and operational issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain accurate work schedules, records, and operational reports.
• Report major issues affecting clients, contract schedules, employees, and the company’s image to management promptly.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the cleaning industry.
• Good communication skills with both clients and staff.
• Able to plan and organize work schedules for new job sites.
• Able to handle conflicts effectively and work well under pressure.
