Passionate about Baking?

We are looking to hire for a full-time Baker to join our client's HQ at King George's Avenue! They specialise in artisanal dessert and most importantly... pies!

You will be helping to assist in baking duties, and ensuring that high culinary and hygiene standards are upheld!

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen SOPs at all times.
• Assist the Head Baker and other staff during service periods.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with team members.
• Ensure quality, consistency and presentation of baked goods and other dishes.
• Support inventory control, stock rotation, and proper storage.

Requirements

• Singaporeans / PRs only.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in baking
• Able to provide pictures of reference to previous bakes done (emphasis on pastries, tarts and laminated dough)
• Able to commit to a 44 hours work week
• Ability to work well in a team, and have strong time-management skills
• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations
• Responsible, disciplined, and committed to learning and improvement
• Individuals who are committed and looking to grow their career long-term

Salary: will commensurate with experience
