💰 Salary: $3,500 – $3,800/month
📅 Contract Duration: 11 months

📌 Requirements

• Diploma in a relevant discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience working with youth.
• Experience in investigation or case management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and report-writing skills.
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally.
• Experience in a school, social service, community or related environment would be an advantage.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 🔎 Support investigations into student misconduct and prepare case reports.
• 🤝 Conduct student check-ins and support rehabilitation programmes.
• 👨‍👩‍👧 Engage with parents, teachers and school counsellors on student matters.
• 🏫 Conduct school walkabouts and support preventive efforts relating to student misconduct.
• 📝 Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
• 🌐 Coordinate with external agencies and community partners when required.

⏰ Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
(Including 1-hour lunch break)

Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
(Including 1-hour lunch break)

🚫 Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

📍 Contract Details

Duration: 11 months
Start Date: January 2027
End Date: November 2027
