Brand Experience Associate

Overview

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Brand Experience Associate to support the development of engaging digital experiences and strengthen the company’s brand presence.This is a hands-on role combining UI/UX design, content creation, multimedia production, digital marketing, website management and AI-enabled creative workflows.

The role will work closely with stakeholders across the Engineering Department, PMO, HR & Admin, supporting both internal and external brand initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the design of intuitive and engaging UI/UX experiences for company products and digital platforms.
• Create content for websites, social media, newsletters, campaigns and other corporate communications.
• Produce and edit photography, videos, short-form content and marketing collateral for events, product launches and campaigns.
• Manage and update website content, landing pages, graphics and multimedia assets.
• Monitor website user experience, performance and basic SEO considerations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, PMO, HR & Admin and other internal stakeholders on digital and branding initiatives.
• Support campaign planning and audience engagement activities.
• Leverage AI tools to improve content creation, design, video production, ideation and productivity.
• Keep up to date with emerging trends across digital marketing, design, multimedia and generative AI.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Multimedia Design, UI/UX Design or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome.
• Familiarity with creative and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Canva.
• Exposure to website content management platforms such as WordPress, Wix or similar CMS platforms.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Midjourney or similar generative AI platforms.
• Strong visual storytelling, communication and attention to detail.
• Creative, curious and comfortable learning new technologies.
• Able to manage multiple assignments and work with different stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
