Regional Logistics Operations Analyst (East / Logistics) [EL]

• Coordinate regional International Freight Forwarding (IFF) projects including implementation, new product launches, and development campaigns
• Ensure timely execution of monthly production processing across assigned locations
• Perform pre- and post-month-end validation checks to improve data accuracy and reporting quality
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Maintain high standards of data integrity across systems and reporting platforms
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement process enhancements for import/export operations to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
• Support business analysis activities to drive growth for IFF operations in SSEA region
• Provide analytical and operational support to management, regional teams, and HQ on data, systems, and processes
• Drive process simplification to reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and mitigate operational risks
• Collaborate with Business Controller and Regional Director on strategic initiatives and project execution
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and develop relevant solutions
• Partner with IT teams to prioritise system issues and ensure minimal impact on business data and operations
