General Manager (Country Club)

Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of revenue, profitability, budgets and capital expenditure across the club and related business ventures
• Lead end-to-end operations across facilities, clubhouse, rooms, F&B, recreation, tenants and event spaces to ensure strong service delivery and operational performance.
• Drive accommodation performance through pricing, corporate bookings, packages and occupancy strategies
• Expand and retain the membership base
• Lead recruitment, coaching and performance management while ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal and internal governance requirements.
• Align sales and marketing initiatives across services, rooms and dining while maintaining high asset standards, protecting property value and driving continuous commercial improvement.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in Club Management / Resort Environment
• Strong Leadership
