Role Overview
The Marketing Executive is responsible for the hands-on execution of marketing tasks that maintain and elevate brand visibility for the Company and its subsidiary, while supporting business development. Your role focuses on multi-platform content creation, the end-to-end coordination of major industry exhibitions, the maintenance of our digital channels, and delivering key sales enabler activities.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, social, offline) to drive brand awareness and leads. Track and report on performance metrics using Google Analytics to optimize ROI.
Maintain visual and verbal brand consistency for the Company and its subsidiary. Copywrite and design high-quality assets for the website, newsletters, corporate collateral (brochures, catalogues), and corporate gifts.
Manage the social media calendar to grow our presence on LinkedIn and Instagram, while actively monitoring engagement to build brand loyalty.
Own the end-to-end coordination, planning, and logistics for major industry exhibitions (e.g., APM, SIDEX, Marintec), including contractor management and on-site setup.
Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to support business development.
Assist with creative initiatives like corporate presentations, video production, and rebranding efforts.
Execute other marketing activities, tasks, and special projects assigned by management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with 2–4 years of hands-on marketing experience.
Proven experience in managing end-to-end logistics, contractor coordination, and execution for large-scale corporate exhibitions or trade shows.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
Strong copywriting skills and proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva. Experience in basic video editing is a plus.
Ability to read data, track campaign performance, and turn insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and work independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and management.
