QC Inspector

Location: Senoko
Working Days: 5-day work week
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:15 PM

Job Description

We are seeking a QC Inspector to support quality assurance and quality control activities within a manufacturing environment. The role involves conducting inspections and testing throughout the production process to ensure materials and finished products meet established quality standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure internal processes comply with established quality assurance and quality control procedures and specifications.
• Conduct in-process inspections and quality checks.
• Verify and approve new production job runs according to quality requirements.
• Perform outgoing inspections and testing of finished products.
• Record inspection results and prepare Certificates of Conformance (COC).
• Conduct incoming material inspections and testing.
• Collect production samples for testing and specification documentation.
• Perform inspection and testing of board quality and finished products.
• Support sorting and rework activities when required.
• Maintain accurate quality inspection and testing records.
• Support other quality-related duties and ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control environment.
• Training will be provided.
• Experience in corrugated, paper, packaging or related manufacturing industries is advantageous.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Familiarity with quality documentation and record-keeping processes.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify quality issues.
• Willing to perform overtime when required.
