Telemarketer (Factory Automation) - ENTRY LEVEL WELCOME

Salary: $3000 basic + Monthly Incentives (Up to $800 monthly) + Variable Bonus + AWS (Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.)

Location: Kallang

Hours/Days: Monday to Friday, 8:15AM to 5:30PM

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads by reaching out to manufacturing companies and introducing our products and solutions.
• Engage potential customers through outbound calls to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Qualify leads and arrange follow-ups or appointments for the Sales Team.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers through effective communication and follow-up.
• Work closely with the Sales Team to support lead generation and business development efforts.
• No cold-selling or deal closing required — focus on connecting with prospects and creating opportunities for the Sales Team.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE “O” Level
