Construction Site HR & Admin Assistant | $3,200 + OT

Salary: S$$3,500 + OT Pay
(Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.)

Work Location: Changi (On-site)

Work Days/Hours:

5.5 Days | Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm | Saturday, 9am to 1pm

Responsibilities

• Supporting site setup and closure activities, including office arrangements, equipment and documentation.

• Maintaining vendor, contract and project records.

• Tracking worker attendance and timesheets for payroll and compliance purposes.

• Coordinating worker dormitory arrangements, occupancy records, maintenance and housekeeping.

• Supporting worker housing arrangements and liaising with landlords or agents when required.

• Managing company vehicle records, usage and maintenance schedules.

• Recording and reconciling site petty cash transactions.

• Managing visitor registration, access arrangements and safety briefings.

• Supporting employee welfare, engagement activities and feedback.

• Providing general administrative support for site operations and handling ad-hoc assignments when required.

• Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring documents and records are kept accurate and up to date.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or GCE O/A Level.

• At least 1 year of experience in site administration or document control preferred.

• Construction industry experience is required.

• Able to work under site conditions

• Proficient in MS Office and basic data entry.

• Familiarity with document management systems is a plus.
